Tisha Boatman is a passionate advocate for patients and screening to ensure diseases are caught as early as possible when they are most treatable. Since April 2022, she has been the global lead for Access to Care, where she works together with her team on Siemens Healthineers purpose to pioneer breakthroughs in healthcare for everyone, everywhere. She believes high quality healthcare is a human right and knows that collaboration between the public and private sector is the key to make a substantial impact in global health development. 

Prior to becoming Head of Access to Care, Tisha has held various leadership positions within Siemens Healthineers like Portfolio Management, Marketing, Business Development and Strategy for over 16 years in both the USA and Europe. In 2022, she moved to Singapore from Denmark where she was the Managing Director for the Siemens Healthineers business in the Nordic and Baltic countries since early 2018.

Tisha is a breast cancer survivor and has experienced the full patient pathway first-hand having undergone chemotherapy, mastectomy and radiation therapy after finding a lump in her breast during a self-exam in April of 2020 at the age of 45 years. Through this experience, she solidified her patient and customer (provider) first perspective, which drives much of her focus as a senior leader at Siemens Healthineers.

Tisha is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA from Haas Business School at the University of California Berkeley. She is an American citizen and served five years as a logistics officer in the US Army with assignments in Germany and Egypt before entering the medtech industry.
