OUR APPROACH
How we achieve success for patients
Working with governments, entrepreneurs, health providers, and patients, we prepare health systems for the demands of the future and support them in adopting the necessary innovation to create change that best serves patients’ needs. Our mission: to open up access to quality healthcare for all people, now and in the future.
Around the World
Building strong, sustainable healthcare systems
We’re addressing some of today’s largest and most pressing health challenges in LATAM, including health literacy and improving data sharing between systems. By developing new solutions and partnering with innovators we are improving health system resilience and delivering against the UN’s 2030 healthcare goals.
Cross-border collaboration
In Europe, we work with our board of leading experts from across the region to identify shared challenges across the continent. Together with partners, we apply best practice from individual nations and apply them across the continent to drive forward equal access to the innovative solutions we are pioneering.
Solving regional challenges
Today we are facing increasing rates of chronic and lifestyle diseases, differences in health data infrastructures and an influx of diverse health needs due to new migration patterns, the Middle East is experiencing a time of evolving healthcare needs. In the region, Movement Health is leveraging shared learnings around innovation to improve patient care.
Country Spotlights
Movement Health launched in Latin America in 2019 with one goal: to build more resilient, responsive, and equitable health systems via innovation and collaboration. Movement Health 2030 is working to transform healthcare systems in over 20 countries across 6 of the world's regions.

The approach
Our six-stage approach is based on our global, regional and local research into healthcare ecosystem challenges.
The regional set up
We’re addressing some of today’s largest and most pressing health challenges, including health literacy and improving data sharing between systems. By developing new solutions and partnering with innovators we are improving health system resilience and delivering against the UN’s 2030 healthcare goals.
Defining the problem area
We hold roundtables and insight sharing forums with regional decision makers and experts to identify the area’s greatest challenges. Using these learnings, we devise programmes that directly address the most pressing issues facing patients and systems in the region and deliver lasting change.
Building local networks
We engage with local partners and leverage existing best practice to implement tailored, specific solutions to improve patient outcomes.
Policy shift
We work with our local partners throughout this process to create networks designed to achieve improved healthcare policies - because innovative solutions can only have a long-term impact for people if their outcomes are translated into policy changes, and vice versa.
Open innovation
We identify and build on existing innovations to launch pilots that tackle the challenge identified in order to help patients.
Scalability
We identify synergies and scale local learnings to regional and global levels to help drive forward equal access to quality healthcare as rapidly as possible.
